About
I'm Finn Liengaard. I've spent years working on some of the finest homes in Seattle, Portland, Orcas Island, and Port Townsend, and I bring that standard to every project I take on. My background is in fine woodworking, and I genuinely love what I do.
I'm a hands-on contractor — I'm on site, and the work is mine. I bring in good helpers when the job calls for it, but the quality is always my responsibility.

Post-and-beam pergolas, timber-frame porches, and shade structures built with the joinery and proportion of traditional carpentry. Designed to anchor an outdoor space, not just shade it.
Built-ins, feature walls, custom millwork, and interior woodwork rooted in a fine woodworking background. Pieces that belong to the house rather than sitting in it.
How It Works
We start with a site visit and a real conversation about what you want: your vision, your budget, and how you actually plan to use the space.
You receive a clear, itemized written estimate: materials, labor, timeline. No surprises buried in the fine print.
I'm on site every day. I bring in skilled helpers on larger builds, but the work is always mine to direct and deliver. You deal with one person throughout, and you can reach that person directly at any point.
A thorough walkthrough, any finish details addressed, and a structure you'll be glad to look at every day for the next thirty years.
